    We recognize that our actions have a cyclical impact on the environment and society. This belief shapes our ESG strategy, which is built on three interconnected pillars: Purpose, Policy, and Practice. Our purpose informs our policies, which in turn guide our practices, creating a continuous cycle that brings us closer to achieving our sustainability goals with every step we take.

    Actions:

    • Provide transparent quarterly progress reports to all stakeholders.
    • Deliver training and awareness programs on:
      • Environment & Climate Change: Waste management, water conservation, biodiversity preservation, sustainable consumption, and climate impact.
      • Social Rights: POSH, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities.
      • Work Ethics: Company values and code of conduct.
      • Employee Rights & Welfare.

    Target:

    Reach 20,000 people annually through awareness initiatives.

    Projects:

    • Employee training programs.
    • Youth education initiatives.
    • Vendor empowerment (prioritizing SME vendors).
  2. 2. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing

    Achieve zero fatalities and incidents across all sites.

    Conduct regular safety training and audits.

    Targets:

    • Train 15,000 people annually in construction safety.
    • Reach 700 people through mental health and wellbeing programs.

    Provide medical support and health camps.

    Offer technical skills training for sustainable architecture.

    Projects:

    • Health insurance for 600 employees.
    • Eye health camps for 1,500 people.
    • Blood donation camps for 250 people.

    • Reduce freshwater dependency by optimizing usage.
    • Treat and reuse 90% of water in building designs.
    • Implement rainwater harvesting (RWH) at headquarters.
    • Monitor water usage and sources throughout projects.
  3. 3. Waste Management

    • Minimize waste through circular economy principles.
    • Ban plastic bottles, paper cups, and tissue paper in premises.
  4. 4. Responsible Supply Chain

    • Ensure ESG compliance in procurement.
    • Allocate 50% of project budgets to locally sourced materials.
    • Prioritize waste reduction, reuse, recycling, and upcycling.
  5. 5. Climate Resilience and Decarbonisation

    • Reduce carbon footprint through energy efficiency.
    • Maintain air quality standards (PM 2.5 under 60, PM 10 under 100).
    • Implement solar power at headquarters and development sites.

    • Plant 10 trees for every tree removed.
